About us

Two brothers from Emilia-Romagna and one simple principle: good produce, treated with care.

La storia

Quello Fittizio began with two brothers from Emilia-Romagna and a simple question: why is good fresh pasta so hard to find in Madrid? They brought their craft to the city, and the habit of cooking every day for the table that evening. They still do it with the same care, in two houses in the centre.

Il prodotto

We work with products carrying protected designations of origin and geographical indications: Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, prosciutto di Parma and mortadella IGP. Our fresh pasta is made every morning in our kitchens.
